At HomeDecora, we know you are excited to bring your new nature-inspired pieces into your home. We work diligently to ensure your artwork and textiles are crafted with care and shipped to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times

Because we prioritize sustainability and quality, the majority of our canvases and textiles are made-to-order just for you.

  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to process, print, and carefully package your order.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Generally takes 5 to 10 business days in transit after the order has been processed.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high holiday volumes or severe weather. We appreciate your patience if the carrier experiences a delay.

International Shipping

We are thrilled to offer international shipping to help bring a touch of nature to homes worldwide.

  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: HomeDecora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Damages and Issues in Transit

We package our rustic decor securely, but we know that accidents can occasionally happen while a package is in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at dandustin100@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to send you a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HomeDecora cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
