HomeDecora Return and Refund Policy

At HomeDecora, we curate our rustic and nature-inspired collections with the hope that they will bring warmth and tranquility to your space. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, we are here to help.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return We’ve made the return process as seamless as possible:

  1. Log in to your HomeDecora account.
  2. Navigate to the My Account menu and select Complete Orders.
  3. Find the order you wish to return and click the Return Item(s) button.
  4. Fill out the brief form, and we will notify you via e-mail with your return instructions and shipping label details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging our wall art and textiles, but occasionally, things happen in transit. If your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or it arrived damaged), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right immediately.

Refund Timeline You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive your refund much more quickly.

This time period includes:

  • Transit time: The time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
  • Processing time: The time it takes us to inspect and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
  • Bank processing: The time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request and post it to your account (5 to 10 business days).

Once your return is processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Custom or personalized artwork (unless arriving defective)

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
